你必须要控制住自己的表现欲望，不要尝试去说服对方，而是通过潜移默化的暗示，让对方接受你的观点，并且以为这观点是他们自己想出来的。

要想“平息”一个人的意识，必须首先让他对我们建立起充分的信任，而要建立信任，最好的办法是令他感觉到我们的同情或是爱意。要想提高一个工人的工作效率，最好的办法不是批评他干得不好，而是表扬他干得好，从而让他产生良好的自信。不动声色，把我们自己的想法和念头用潜移默化的方式输送给对方，让他觉得这是他自己想出来的主意，可以收到比试图说服对方更好的效果。
